The Freudenberg 性视界 has signed a final agreement with Trelleborg AB, Trelleborg, Sweden, to acquire its 50 percent shareholding in the joint venture company, Vibracoustic GmbH, Darmstadt. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by July 2016, subject to the approval from relevant authorities.
